How to install the front Sway Bar Kit on Toyota Highlander?

When installing the front sway bar kit begin by placing 2 No. 1 front sway bar bushings onto the front sway bar kit with the cutout facing the rear of the vehicle. The installation of the No. 2 front sway bar bracket LH requires a placement on the No. 1 front sway bar bushing before repeating the same step for the No. 2 front sway bar bracket RH. Fitting the front sway bar kit into the right vehicle opening should be followed by tightening the 2 front sway bar bracket LH bolts against the front frame assembly until torque reaches 29 Nm (296 kgf-cm, 21 ft-lbf). The installation steps for No. 1 front sway bar bracket RH should be executed once more. Screw in the front sway bar link assembly LH with its nut and tighten it to 74 Nm (755 kgf-cm, 55 ft-lbf). In case the ball joint spins with the nut apply a hexagon wrench (6 mm) to prevent movement of the stud bolt. The installation of the front sway bar link assembly RH requires following the same procedure. Install the engine assembly together with the transaxle and complete the inspection of front wheel alignment procedures.
