This Sales Policy applies to purchases made through ToyotaPartsNow.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Genuine Parts Unlimited, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By submitting an order or completing a purchase, you agree to this Sales Policy and any other applicable policies referenced on the Site.
Confirmation of any given order is solely an indication that we are aware of your request. This does NOT imply that the order has been accepted, processed, or otherwise approved in any way.
Before any order is shipped, it may be reassessed based on part availability, pricing or catalog changes, signs of fraud, or any other reason that may indicate cause for caution when processing the order. We also reserve the right to cancel or modify any order when there are reasons for such actions.
Orders are approved only when shipped. If an order is canceled prior to shipment, your payment will be released or refunded to the original payment method.
All customers must provide accurate contact and payment details. On some occasions, the vehicle identification number (VIN) may also be requested. Fitment checks are based on the data provided to us and do not take into account any modifications made to the vehicle, including engine or transmission alterations.
Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, fraud prevention, billing or shipping address verification, or vehicle fitment verification purposes. Additional confirmation may be required before processing in certain cases.
Verification is ordinarily completed within 2 business days.
A payment authorization may appear when the order is placed, but payment is generally not captured until processing is complete and the order is ready to ship.
Cancellation requests may be submitted before an order reaches the packaging or shipped stages, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Once procurement, packaging, or carrier tender has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
The term "available" does not mean that a part is currently physically in stock at our facility. Available parts may be sourced from an authorized dealership, a Toyota distribution center, or another approved fulfillment source.
Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. This timeframe is subject to change based on verification processes, manufacturer delays, or the need to source additional parts. Orders containing multiple items may be split into separate shipments when necessary.
We ship to verified addresses within the United States, including the fifty states, the District of Columbia, P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories, and military APO/FPO addresses. Delivery methods and item eligibility may differ based on destination. Expedited services and oversized or freight shipments are unavailable for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and certain U.S. territories.
We do not ship internationally. Any order received with a delivery address outside of the U.S. may be canceled or rejected at our discretion.
Shipping methods displayed during checkout depend on shipping destination, package specifications, carrier availability, and any other related information. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise by the carrier.
Expedited delivery and overnight shipping only apply to shipment time after order processing is completed. They do not shorten verification, manufacturer sourcing, special handling, or packaging timeframes. Local pickup is not available for any parts or orders.
Shipping information is sent via email when the order is shipped. Carrier scans may require up to 2 business days to appear. However, if tracking updates remain inactive after that period, indicate an incorrect destination, or show an unexplained delivery exception, customers may contact us for assistance.
Please carefully review shipping details before placing an order. For security and carrier-control reasons, addresses may not be changed after the order is submitted. If an incomplete, inaccurate, or undeliverable address is provided, resulting outbound, return, storage, correction, and re-delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
If delivery is refused without a verified shipping mistake attributable to us, the original shipping charge is non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 18% may apply to the refund. For packages returned to the sender due to being undeliverable, unclaimed, or for other reasons, in addition to the previous restocking fee of 18%, the sender may also be required to pay the carrier's return shipping costs and other recoverable costs.
Freight shipping may be required for large, heavy, irregularly shaped, or restricted items including bumpers, hoods, fenders, door assemblies, body panels, engines, transmissions, wheels, glass, and similar parts.
Shipping charges shown at checkout are estimates based on the information collected from available shipping carriers. If the final cost is significantly different from the estimate, approval will be requested before proceeding. An order may be canceled if the revised shipping arrangement is declined or if there is no suitable transportation service available.
Prices, discounts, and availability are subject to change without notice. We do not offer price matching. In the event that an incorrect price is shown on a part listing page due to an expired promotion, historical pricing, historical listing, manufacturer update, data error, or other system issue, the customer may be contacted with the corrected price for additional confirmation before the order processing may proceed. The customer will have the option to accept the revised amount or cancel the affected item.
We reserve the right to correct inaccurate content or cancel any orders based on errors in pricing, quantity, application, description, or availability. Any transaction, advertisement, or third-party offer has no effect on pricing in the present order.
Sales tax or use tax is dependent on destination and applicable laws. Taxes shown at checkout may be estimated and are subject to change until completion of the transaction. Tax-exempt customers must provide the required documentation through the appropriate business account process. Tax exemption approval is not retroactive unless expressly indicated otherwise.
Parts are generally packaged in genuine manufacturer packaging. However, items may be repackaged or placed in an additional outer shipping carton when necessary to accommodate its size or shape or otherwise reduce the chances of damage in transit. A non-branded outer carton does not, by itself, indicate that the part is not genuine.
We guarantee that all parts are genuine OEM and are covered by warranty. We do not, under any circumstances, reimburse expenses for labor, installation, towing, diagnostic, storage, rental, or any other incidental costs unless expressly required by law.
Customers may be informed when a part is on backorder, discontinued, or unavailable. In these cases, the customer may be offered the option to wait for the part to become available again, to remove the part from their order, or cancel their order. Parts showing no estimated availability may be removed from the order without cost.
Toyota may replace an older part number with an updated part number. If a valid supersession is identified by the manufacturer, the order may be processed with the replacement part number, unless the change causes a significant difference in the price or shipping. Updated part information may be shown on the invoice or packing documentation.
The Site provides only a reference catalog and does not reflect live inventory. Part details, illustrations, diagrams, application notes, inventory statuses, and similar information may be outdated or otherwise affected by the production date, chassis code, trim, regional specification, or VIN-specific details of a given vehicle.
All illustrations are for general location and relationship purposes only. Customers should not rely solely on the illustrations, title, or search results when making a part selection.
