To install the front lower ball joint assembly start by connecting the lower ball joint assembly front LH to the steering knuckle with the castle nut while applying 123 Nm (1,250 kgf-cm, 91 ft-lbf) of torque. In case the cotter pin holes are misaligned apply additional nut torque up to 60 degrees before installing a new cotter pin. Begin with the installation of the front axle assembly LH followed by the front suspension No.1 lower arm sub-assembly after which attach the tie rod assembly LH. After that, install the front disc alongside the left-hand front disc
Brake Caliper assembly. Place the
Speed Sensor front LH followed by the front
Axle Shaft LH nut installation. Fitting the front wheel requires a torque force of 103 Nm and complete front wheel alignment testing. Both ABS speed sensor signals and VSC conditions require testing.
