Detach the wire harness clamp before removing 3 bolts from the air cleaner case sub-assembly. The manual transaxle maintenance requires technician to remove the terminal 50 connector from starter assembly followed by unfastening the wire harness nut from terminal 30 and then removing 3 bolts to separate clutch flexible hose bracket and starter assembly. Start by disconnecting terminal 50 connector from the starter assembly before removing the nut to separate the wire harness from terminal 30. Remove the 2 bolts and starter assembly as the next step.
