The necessary task involves removing the rear door belt moulding assembly followed by glass run and window division bar sub-assembly while also taking out quarter window Weather Strip and glass sub-assembly. Take out the rear door window regulator sub-assembly after all other steps. A "TORX" socket wrench T30 helps to remove three screws from the rear door lock allowing the removal of the release plate from the outside handle frame. The screwdriver with protective tape works to detach the claw from the rear door lock before opening the cover after removing the seal on the wire harness from the lock. The installation of protective tape on a screwdriver allows users to disengage the claws holding the rear door inside locking cable.
