    A: A proper Camshaft Position Sensor servicing method requires users to disconnect the cable from the negative terminal followed by a 90-second wait period to stop Air Bag and seat belt pretensioner activation. Drain engine fluid before removing sub-assemblies of V-bank cover, intake air connector pipe and No. 1 radiator hose. You must remove the No. 3 timing belt cover subassembly for Bank 1 then disassemble the sensor from its bolt, stud bolt and finally remove it. The camshaft position sensor installation requires returning it to its holder using the bolt and stud bolt while tightening them to 7.5 N.m (76 kgf.cm, 66 in.lbf). The service must start with reinstallation of Bank 1's No. 3 timing belt cover subassembly then connect the No. 1 radiator hose and instaill the intake air connector pipe followed by the V-bank cover sub-assembly. Reconnecting the negative cable should be followed by system initialization until the systems become ready again after cable removal. Finish the procedure by adding engine coolant then inspect for leakage points.
