You must tighten the brake actuator assembly with two nuts at 5.4 Nm torque while employing 55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf. Follow by attaching the actuator to its bracket through 3 bolts that should be torqued to 19 Nm (194 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf) while taking care to avoid hitting brake tubes and wire harness. Using Special Service Tool: 09023-00101 and a torque of 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf) connect each brake tube to the appropriate positions on the actuator with bracket. Follow brake fluid filling by completing the
Brake Master Cylinder sub-assembly bleeder process as well as bleeding the brake line. Users must inspect for brake fluid leakage while checking the reservoir fluid level. To complete the task users must reconnect the battery negative terminal even though some systems need initialization following battery connection. Begin the procedure by initializing the system and proceed to calibrate the yaw rate sensor zero points. The final check should be for the brake actuator using the Techstream system.
