To disassemble a 2UZ-FE engine to access the Camshaft Position Sensor, release the fuel system pressure, lift the engine under-cover, drain the coolant and remove throttle body cover. Next, take out the drive belt, disconnect the radiator hose, and then take out some parts, such as camshaft position sensor and intake manifold. Lastly, remove the VVT sensor connections.
