To remove the Turn Signal Flasher Assembly, first take off the Front Door Scuff Plate LH, Cowl Side Trim Sub-Assembly LH, Lower Instrument Panel Finish Panel LH, Steering Column Cover, and No. 1 Instrument Panel Sub-Assembly. Then, remove the Instrument Cluster Finish No. 1 Panel and Combination Meter Assembly, disconnect the connector, remove the clamp, and take out the assembly.
