Then remove the Instrument Side Panel LH and Lower Instrument Panel Finish Panel Sub-Assembly LH followed by removing the No. 1 Instrument Panel Safety Pad Insert before disconnecting the Turn Signal Flasher Assembly connector and removing the flasher and nut components. Proceed by disconnecting the Instrument Side Panel LH and then remove the Lower Instrument Panel Finish Panel Sub-Assembly LH. You need to extract the No. 1 Instrument Panel Safety Pad Insert after that step. The Turn Signal Flasher Assembly connector needs disconnecting before removing its nut and flasher.

The servicing and repairing process begins by removing the NO.1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD INSERT and requires disconnecting the TURN SIGNAL FLASHER ASSEMBLY connector and removing the flasher followed by the nut. The installation starts with placing the TURN SIGNAL FLASHER ASSEMBLY and fastening it through the nut before reconnecting the connector. Reinstall the NO.1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD INSERT followed by the LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY LH and the INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH and COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH and terminate with both Regular Cab and Double Cab FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH installation.
