You must first install the hood lock control lever sub-assembly while connecting its hood cable. Use MP grease for hood lock sliding areas while attaching the hood cable before installing the three bolts that should be torqued at 7.5 Nm (76 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf). An inspection and necessary adjustment operations must be performed to the hood sub-assembly. Use three new grommets with eight clips together with six screws to install the front fender liner LH maintaining proper alignment for the pin hold clip slot being straight up and down without clockwise or counterclockwise rotation. Conclude the installation process by adding the side mudguard then the rocker panel molding cover before featuring the front wheel.
