The first step for installing an engine coolant temperature sensor involves placing a new gasket onto the sensor followed by sensor installation with proper torque setting of 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf). The installation of the engine coolant temperature sensor connector needs to be completed next. Follow the sequence of installing the air cleaner case sub-assembly then the air cleaner cap sub-assembly followed by the No. 1 and No. 2 air cleaner inlets. The procedure continues by adding the battery then the cool air intake duct seal. Engine coolant needs addition before checking for any leakage. The V-bank cover sub-assembly installation concludes the procedure together with the engine under cover assembly and the No. 1 engine under cover.
