The installation process of front suspension lower No. 1 arm begins with the new lower arm bush No. 2 LH installation through Special Service Tools 09710-26010 09710-05081 and a press while maintaining perpendicular alignment with the lower arm. Install the new lower arm bush No. 1 LH supported by Special Service Tool: 09223-00010 09612-30012 and a press before putting it in position parallel to the lower arm. Perform an initial tightness of the front suspension arm sub-assembly No. 1 LH by setting the matchmarks between the camber adjust cam No. 2 and toe adjust cam sub-assembly before tightening its bolt and nut. One must install the front lower ball joint attachment LH while using a new nut and cotter pin. Torque the nut to 140 Nm (1,430 kgf-cm, 103 ft-lbf) before finishing with the attachment bolt torsion set to 160 Nm (1,630 kgf-cm, 118 ft-lbf). You should install the front shock absorber together with its coil spring and bolt and washer and then apply light force to the nut before continuing. Install the front disc wheel with a torque value of 112 Nm (1,140 kgf-cm, 83 ft-lbf). The front suspension arm sub-assembly No. 1 LH bolt and nut requires fully tightening to 135 Nm (1,380 kgf-cm, 100 ft-lbf) before applying the same torque to fully tighten the front shock absorber nut. Check and readjust the front wheel alignment at the end of this task.
