The V-ribbed belt tensioner should be fitted provisionally using bolts A and B. Begin by tightening bolt B to 40 Nm (408 kgf-cm, 30 ft. lbs.) afterward torque bolt A to 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 16 ft. lbs.). The V-ribbed belt tensioner and timing chain cover components must have aligned bolt holes before inserting bolt C and tightening it to 43 Nm (434 kgf-cm, 32 ft. lbs.). Secure the generator assembly followed by the fan shroud then the radiator support to frame seal LH. Add engine coolant and torque the negative terminal cable to 3.9 Nm (40 kgf-cm, 35 inch lbs.) while also inspecting for any coolant leakage.
