The new proportioning valve assembly needs to be fitted with 2 bolts tightened to 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 inch lbs.) before replying the 5 brake tubes through Special Service Tool: 09023-00101 with a torque setting of 15.2 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft. lbs.). Complete the brake fluid filling of the reservoir then use Special Service Tool: 09023-00101 for bleeding the master cylinder followed by bleeding the brake line before checking reservoir fluid level.
