How to replace the brake proportioning valve assembly on 2004 Toyota Matrix?

In order to replace the brake proportioning valve assembly, unscrew the 5 brake tubes and remove the 2 securing bolts. Install the new assembly using two bolts at 5.4 Nm torque, reconnect the tubes at 15.2 Nm, fill the reservoir with brake fluid and bleed the system. Then verify the fluid level.
