The first step to replace the Lower Control Arm ASSY LH requires wheel removal from the rear section. The first step to handle the parking brake cable assembly Number 3 requires removing its bolt. Proceed to remove the lower control arm assy LH by uninstalling the nut along with washer and bolt from the rear axle housing but maintain bolt-turning during the removal stage for nut retention. First, remove the lower control arm assy before moving onto the nut, washer, bolt, and finally the lower control arm assy where the bolt should be turned and removed while securing the nut. Place the lower control arm assy and fasten the nut, washer, and bolt first while the rear axle housing receives its bolt, washer, and nut but is tightened only temporarily. The installation requires connecting the Parking Brake Cable Assy Number 3 with a bolt torque set to 13 Nm (127 kgf-cm, 9 ft. lbs.). Secure the rear wheel by tightening it to 112 Nm (1,137 kgf-cm, 83 ft. lbs.). Under stable suspension conditions tighten both lower control arm assy LH bolts to reach 130 Nm torque (1,326 kgf-cm, 96 ft. lbs.) while rotating the bolt to attach the nut at the end of bolt tightening.
