Place the axle hub assembly into a soft jaw vise and replace the part if it receives a hard shock or drops to the ground. Put the ABS speed sensor in place using Special Service Tool 09520-00031 (09520-00040, 09521-00020), 09950-00020, and 2 bolts without letting foreign material touch the sensor rotor as you remove the entire tool to keep the parts undamaged. When installing the ABS speed sensor you need to cleanse both its contact region on the hub and the fresh part. Then affix the sensor upright on the hub minimizing safety hazards when mounted properly on the vehicle. Install the new ABS speed sensor with press and Special Service Tool: 09214-76011 to push it straightenisly during slow pushing without direct hammer strikes and check for foreign matter.

Reinstall the dust cover by tightening its 3 bolts to 8.3 Nm (85 kgf-cm, 74 inch lbs.) before installing the axle hub using Special Service Tool: 09608-32010, 09950-60010 (09951-00550), 09950-70010 (09951-07150) and a press.
