The front sway bar kit removal process starts by aligning the front wheels forward and locking down the steering wheel. Begin the procedure by removing the column hole cover silencer sheet after which you should detach the No. 2 steering intermediate shaft assembly then separate the No. 1 steering column hole cover sub-assembly. The next operation requires removing front wheels followed by splitting the tie rod end sub-assemblies from left-hand and right-hand sides. Detach the front sway bar link assembly LH by disassembling its nut then separating it from the front shock absorber with coil spring; apply a 6 mm hexagon wrench to prevent the ball joint from rotating with the nut. The same procedure of connection disassembly should be applied to the front sway bar link assembly RH. The next task involves splitting the front lower suspension arms from both left-hand (LH) and right-hand (RH) sides. You should remove the front sway bar kit only after removing both the front suspension crossmember sub-assembly and the 4 bolts along with 2 No. 1 front sway bar brackets. The removal of 2 No. 1 front sway bar bushings from the front sway bar kit completes this part of the task.

The mark on the stabilizer bar should be positioned on the rear right side of the vehicle.

Secure the stabilizer bar front and 4 bolts to the front suspension crossmember sub-assembly with a torque of 19 Nm (194 kgf-cm, 14 ft. lbs.).

The torque should be set to 195 Nm (1,988 kgf-cm, 144 ft-lbf).

Separate the front suspension arm sub-assembly lower No.1 on both the left and right sides.

Suspend the engine assembly and separate the front suspension crossmember sub-assembly.

First, check that the identification mark is positioned correctly: on the right side for TMC Made bars and on the left side for those not made by TMC.

Remove the 2 bolts and nuts securing the stabilizer bar rear.

Tighten to a torque of 74 Nm (755 kgf-cm, 55 ft. lbs.) on both sides.

Regular inspection and maintenance are essential to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Begin by attaching 2 front stabilizer bar bushes No. 1, front stabilizer bracket No. 1 LH, and front stabilizer bracket No. 1 RH to the stabilizer bar front, ensuring the bushing is positioned on the inner side of the bushing stopper.

Repeat the same procedure for the right-hand side.

Position the stabilizer bar rear with the mark on the rear left side of the vehicle.

Separate the front suspension arm sub-assembly lower No.1 on both the left and right sides, then separate the rack & pinion power steering gear assembly and suspend the engine assembly.

Install the rear wheels, tightening them to a torque of 103 Nm (1050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf).

Reinstall the front suspension crossmember sub-assembly using Special Service Tool: 09670-00010, followed by the rack & pinion power steering gear assembly, and then the front suspension arm sub-assembly lower No.1 on both sides.
