How to install the Clock Spring correctly on Toyota FJ Cruiser?

In order to install the clock spring, the front wheels have to be straight and the turn signal must be neutral. Install 4 screws, replace the lock pin (unless new) and cable the Air Bag harness. The clock spring is to be adjusted on the release of battery, the steering wheel and covers are installed and afterwards the battery is again connected.
