How to service the Clock Spring Assembly / Spiral Cable on Toyota 4Runner?

When servicing the Clock Spring Assembly, open the Restraint Systems Service Precautions, de-attach the negative battery terminal and wait 90 seconds. Take off the steering wheel parts and clock spring and make sure not to break the harness of the Air Bag. Install the new clock spring, adjust this spring and fit everything back together and reconnect battery.
