The first step to remove the windshield washer motor requires drivers to remove the No. 1 radiator grille garnish and radiator grille after which they should unfasten the front bumper cover. Following removal of the radiator grille components you must drain washer fluid through the disconnecting of 2 washer hoses from the windshield washer motor and pump. The windshield washer jar assembly removal process requires three harness clamps and two connectors released along with five bolts until the jar can be taken out. The procedure ends with pulling out the windshield washer motor and pump assembly from its packing inside the washer jar.
