How to remove the power mirror switch on Scion xB?

To remove the power mirror switch, disconnect the negative battery terminal and wait 90 seconds. Separate the front door trim Weather Strip, remove the front pillar garnish, and take out the instrument cluster finish panels. Then, remove the combination meter assembly and the No. 1 switch hole base, and disengage the outer mirror switch assembly.
