How to service and repair the wiper linkage on Scion xB?

Disconnecting the negative battery terminal and waiting 90 seconds disconnects the front wiper motor to repair it. Take off the wiper arms, cowl seal and ventilator louvers. Disassemble motor, and reassemble with a given torque. Reconnect the battery terminal, reattach the wiper arms, and be careful to make sure they are in the right positions.
