Scion Brake Caliper provides sharp braking force since it presses pads on the rotor making drivers obtain dependable braking power in all locations and stability. Scion was introduced into the roads in 2003 and was designed to attract young drivers with paint choices and a virtual city to make the car purchase an adventure. The brand maintained the level of excites with limited Release Series cars, no haggle procedure and hatchbacks or coupes that allowed owners to leave their mark on every Scion and its factory Brake Caliper gave reliable braking. Installing a replacement Brake Caliper on your Scion will require you to park on a flat surface, use wheel chocks firmly in place, jack the corner and place a stand. The next steps include; remove the wheel, crack the bleeder, undo the hose and guides, slide off the caliper, swop pads, fit the new Brake Caliper, tighten until specified, bleed till the fluid is clear, turn the rotor, re-fit the wheel, lower the car, torque lugs, pump the pedal till solid, check leaks, and test the car in a safe manner. Last but not least check every bolt torque.
