How to install the ignition switch assembly on 2010 Scion xB?

The installation of the ignition switch assembly requires tightening 2 screws and applying the wire harness clamp during the 2 connector connection process. Place the steering column cover on by placing first the two claws then the four claws before ending with the last claw while pressing around it to confirm correct installation. Move and position the spiral cable to your needs before fixing the steering wheel assembly and steering pad. Attachment of the cable requires a torque of 5.4 Nm to the negative battery terminal. Check the SRS warning light for correct functionality at the end of the installation process.
