  A: The install process begins with screwing the 2 knock control sensors using 2 bolts tightened to 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf) then attaching their corresponding connectors. The intake manifold needs installation before placing the fuel main tube sub-assembly and attaching the intake air surge tank. Secure the 4 bolts of the intake air surge tank using a 5 mm hexagon socket wrench then tighten them to 18 Nm (184 kgf-cm, 13 ft-lbf). Do not apply oil to the bolts. Install a new gasket to the intake air surge tank before tightening. The intake air surge tank requires 2 nuts along with 2 bolts secured with 16 Nm (163 kgf-cm, 12 ft-lbf) torque for the nuts and 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf) torque for the bolts.
