The maintenance process starts by taking out the V-bank cover sub-assembly after which technicians need to follow with No. 2 air cleaner inlet removal and then the No. 1 air cleaner inlet. Remove the air cleaner cap sub-assembly and the air cleaner case sub-assembly after deinstalling the first steps. The procedure ends with disconnecting the engine coolant temperature sensor connector and extracting the engine coolant temperature sensor.
