How to install the rear Sway Bar Kit on 2009 Toyota FJ Cruiser?

Position the sway bar bush on the outside of its corresponding bush stopper while installing the two sway bar bushes onto the sway bar kit. You will install the sway bar kit while adding its bracket covers using 4 bolts that need a torques setting of 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf). Begin installing the sway bar link assembly by attaching the sway bar link to a nut before torquing it up to 70 Nm (714 kgf-cm, 52 ft-lbf). In case the ball joint turns with the nut, implement a 6 mm hexagon wrench to stabilize the stud. The installation sequence requires attachment of the two 1 No. retainers and two cushions before No. 2 retainer while holding the sway bar link with a spanner tool to install a new nut that needs to be torqued to 15 Nm (153 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf). The installation procedure for the RH side mirrors that of the LH side. As a final step install the rear wheel securing its bolts at 112 Nm (1,137 kgf-cm, 82 ft-lbf).
