How to install the center Air Bag sensor assembly on 2009 Toyota FJ Cruiser?

Install the center Air Bag sensor assembly only if the ignition switch displays OFF along with disconnection of the negative (-) battery terminal followed by a minimum 90-second pause before continuing. Use the 3 bolts to temporarily install the center Air Bag sensor assembly while ensuring that no displacements or breaks or damage exist on the assembly; if defects are present you should replace the assembly with a new unit. Verify that SRS wiring cables avoid contact with other components and do not receive any pinching risks. The tightening torque for the 3 bolts should reach 17.5 Nm (179 kgf-cm, 13 ft-lbf) and validate that the installation remains secure. The holder needs to be connected via connectors to the center Air Bag sensor assembly while also checking that the water-proof sheet remains correctly positioned. After that, add the instrument lower cover sub-assembly while fitting the console upper panel No.1 garnish and front console box, box bottom mat, console upper rear panel sub-assembly and parking brake hole cover sub-assembly. Complete the installation with the shift lever knob sub-assembly (for Manual Transaxle and 4WD), integration control and panel assembly, instrument panel garnish RH and instrument panel garnish LH. To complete the procedure connect the cable to the negative battery terminal using a 3.9Nm torque (40kgf-cm,35in-lbf), run system initialization when needed and check the SRS warning light.
