How to install the rear seat inner with the seat belt assembly on the left side on 2009 Toyota Camry?

The installation of the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH requires a check of the lock process to achieve proper seat belt angles that extend from greater than 45 degrees to less than 15 degrees. This procedure should be performed while pulling the seat belt gently. Fasten the assembly with a bolt through the claw into the seat belt positioning hole and torque it to 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31ft-lbf). The package tray trim panel assembly should be installed by routing the 3 rear seat belt floor anchors through and securing it with 4 clips and 5 claws then engaging the connector. Recline type seat installations should proceed based on the same guidelines. Screw in the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover along with the rear seat shoulder belt cover by using 4 claws. Secure both the LH and RH rear seat outer belt assemblies to the anchors using bolts which should avoid protrusions on the floor panel and test the ELR function by rapidly pulling the belt out. Both TMC Made and TMMK Made seats follow the installation process by joining their rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH through bolts and nuts while confirming that all ELR locks function properly. The installation of the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH follows the same procedure for TMC Made and TMMK Made versions. You must install the child restraint seat anchor bracket sub-assembly RH before applying the same steps to the LH side installation. Both sides need installation of the reclining remote control lever sub-assembly. Install rear door opening trim Weather Strips and scuff plates into their appropriate positions for both doors of the vehicle. Install all components of the center seat back assembly and separate type rear seat back assemblies between the left-hand and right-hand sides when operating reclining and fold-down seats. The last step involves installing the rear seat back cover as well as rear center seat headrest assembly along with rear seat headrest assembly and rear seat cushion assembly.
