How to Properly Install a Seat Belt Assembly on 2008 Toyota Camry?

The installation of rear seat outer belt assemblies requires verification that ELR locking starts at 15 degrees and reaches 45 degrees where a gentle pull should be applied without retractor disassembly. Install the assembly through the seat belt positioning hole by engaging the claw and secure it with a bolt that requires 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf) torque. Start by installing the package tray trim assembly before adding the rear seat belt hole covers and their respective covers with four claws. The floor segment of the LH side rear seat outer belt assembly needs to be joined using a bolt with 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf) torque while verifying the ELR locking through swift belt pull. The procedure for RH connection must follow the same safety protocols as employed for the LH installation. After that, install the roof side inner garnish LH and RH followed by connecting the rear seat inner with center belt assembly for TMC as well as TMMK made vehicles then install the child restraint seat anchor bracket sub-assembly LH and both sides' reclining remote control lever sub-assemblies. First combine the rear door opening trim Weather Strip for both LH and RH sides before attaching rear door scuff plates to both sides. Installation of the center seat back assembly should be combined with separate type rear seat back assemblies for both LH and RH sides and the reclining seat type rear seat back cover. Both rear side seat back assemblies for fold-down seats and the rear seat back for the fixed seat type must be installed after the installation of center and rear seat headrest assemblies as well as rear seat cushion assembly.
