How to remove and install the front Seat Belt assembly on 2007 Toyota Camry?

The beginning process to remove the front seat outer belt assembly requires you to disconnect the negative battery terminal cable and wait for 90 seconds to stop Air Bag deployment. The lap belt outer anchor cover must be removed by unfastening its 3 claws before you proceed to detach the front seat outer belt assembly through its floor end bolt. The first step involves removing four interior items: front door scuff plate, front door opening trim Weather Strip, rear door scuff plate, and rear door opening trim Weather Strip. Additionally, the lower center pillar garnish along with upper center pillar garnish needs removal. The front seat outer belt assembly disconnection requires removing the shoulder anchor nut followed by removing the front shoulder belt anchor adjuster assembly by unthreading its two bolts. A screwdriver with tape on its tip allows you to remove the front seat outer belt assembly locking button. After disconnection of the connector and bolt removal, the process is finished. Install a correctly locked ELR by attaching the front seat outer belt assembly using its two bolts at the beginning. Tighten the upper bolt to 7.5 N.m (77 kgf.cm, 66 in.lbf) and the lower bolt to 42 N.m (428 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf). Proceed by attaching the connector while performing a secure lock on the locking button. The front shoulder belt anchor adjuster assembly requires 2 bolts tightened to 42 N.m (428 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf) while the shoulder anchor of the front seat outer belt assembly needs attachment with a nut fastened to 42 N.m (428 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf). Subsequently, upper and lower center pillar garnishes, rear door opening trim Weather Strip, rear door scuff plate, front door opening trim Weather Strip, and front door scuff plate installation completes the sequence. The operation concludes by connecting the bolt at 42 N.m (428 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf) to the floor end of the front seat outer belt assembly followed by a check of the ELR lock while pulling the belt quickly before installing the lap belt outer anchor cover with three claws engaged and returning the negative battery cable and inspecting the SRS warning light.
