The next step involves removing both the air cleaner hose assembly before removing the air cleaner assembly. The water by-pass pipe assembly requires removal of 2 bolts to separate it from the cylinder head cover and timing chain cover before disconnection from the cylinder head cover through 3 bolts. The process begins by disconnecting all eight ignition coil connectors before unmounting the ignition coil assembly by removing its accompanying eight bolts together with its eight coils. Finally, remove the 8 spark plugs.
