2008 Toyota Land Cruiser Parts Questions & Experts Answers

  • Q: How to service the spark plugs on 2008 Toyota Land Cruiser?
A: Engineers must start spark plug servicing by taking out the no. 2 engine under cover and the V-bank cover sub-assembly. Begin the service by loosening the air cleaner hose assembly before proceeding to detach the air cleaner assembly. Extract the water by-pass pipe assembly through two bolt removal from its connection points between cylinder head cover and timing chain cover and three bolts for its separation from the cylinder head cover. The ignition coil assembly removal requires you to disconnect 8 ignition coil connectors and remove 8 bolts together with the 8 ignition coils. Finally, remove the 8 spark plugs.
