How to install the center Air Bag sensor assembly on 2008 Toyota Highlander?

The installation process for the center Air Bag sensor assembly begins by switching off the ignition and disconnecting the battery negative (-) cable while observing a waiting period of at least 90 seconds to prevent Air Bag activation. The assembly needs to be installed with 3 bolts at 18 Nm torque (184 kgf-cm, 13 ft-lbf). Do not install an assembly that either experienced a drop, showed defect or cracks or displayed indentations. The SRS wiring should be kept away from contact with other parts and its position should be checked before turning on ignition after installation. Check for loose items then couple the holder to its connectors while protecting the Air Bag wire harness before completely setting the waterproof sheet. Proceed to install the front No. 2 console box insert, front No. 1 console box insert, console box assembly (without and with rear air conditioning system), lower rear console box, No. 2 console box duct (without rear air conditioning system), upper console panel sub-assembly, lower instrument panel finish panel sub-assembly (for both manual and automatic air conditioning systems), cowl side trim sub-assembly LH, front door scuff plate LH, lower instrument panel sub-assembly, No. 2 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly, cowl side trim sub-assembly RH, front door scuff plate RH, center instrument cluster finish panel assembly (without and with Smart Key System), and finally connect the cable to the negative battery terminal, noting that some systems may require initialization after reconnection. Check the status of the SRS warning light during the last step.
