The installer must start with installing the lower control arm according to the illustrated steps while loosely tightening the bolt and washer and nut assembly. Operating torque should be 13 Nm (127 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf) when installing the parking brake cable onto the lower control arm. You should install the rear wheel at 112 Nm (1,137 kgf-cm, 82 ft-lbf) torque. The vehicle needs its wheels elevated while the suspension must be stabilized by bouncing it several times before completing the procedure. Tighten the two bolts to 130 Nm (1,326 kgf-cm, 96 ft-lbf) torque following a method of bolt turning before fixing the nut.
