How to service and repair the rear lower control arm on Toyota FJ Cruiser?

In order to service the rear lower control arm, take off the rear wheel and pull off the parking brake cable. Back up the axle, and remove the bolt, nut and washer of the control arm. Install new arm, reconnect the cable and torque all parts. Lastly, suspend and close up the bolts.
