  A: The installation of the 2GR-FE engine control system ECM requires you to connect the 4 screws that fasten the ECM brackets to their respective positions with a tightening torque of 3.0 Nm (31 kgf-cm, 27 in-lbf). Lever the 2 levers while ensuring the connectors remain clean from any contamination before installing them on the ECM. The body receives the ECM installation with 3 nuts that require 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf) torque.
