Removing the camshaft that is to be replaced requires the removal of different parts such as the front wheel and engine cover. Thread the cylinder to TDC, then remove the chain tensioner and lastly the camshaft. Install the camshaft timing gear which must be correctly aligned and in-torque. Lastly, replace the cylinder head cover and measure the oil leakage.
