You need to begin the Yaw Rate Sensor [89183A/98-170] replacement by removing the rear seat assembly from the left-hand side. First disconnect the yaw rate sensor connector before removing its two securing bolts. The new yaw rate sensor installation requires two bolts which should be tightened to 20 Nm (205 kgf-cm, 15 ft. lbs.) while also reattaching the yaw rate sensor connector. When installing the rear seat assembly to the left-hand side finish the yaw rate sensor zero point calibration and verify the VSC sensor signal.
