Toyota Venza Oxygen Sensor Parts Questions & Experts Answers
Q: How to install the heated oxygen sensor on Toyota Venza?
A: Instillation of the heated oxygen sensor for the 1AR-FE engine control requires Special Service Tool: 09224-00010 to fasten the sensor onto the front Exhaust Pipe while reaching the torque of 44 Nm (449 kgf-cm, 32 ft-lbf) without the tool or 40 Nm (408 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf) with it, adhering to the requirement of 30 mm (1.18 in.) tool fulcrum length alongside a 300 mm (11.81 in.) torque wrench which must be parallel to the tool. You should then affix the heated oxygen sensor connector before securing the wire harness to its clamp. After leak inspections you will install the No. 2 engine under cover which must be followed by the installation of the No. 1 engine under cover.
