Install the new cotter pin when the holes for the pin are not aligned while tightening the nut to 60 degrees. Conduct an assembly of the front axle with the front Shock Absorber through 2 bolts and 2 nuts which require 290 Nm (2956 kgf-cm, 214ft-lbf) torque. The front Drive Shaft assembly requirements alignment matches before installing it to the front axle hub sub-assembly. To connect the front lower suspension arm to the front lower ball joint, attach it with a bolt and 2 nuts, torquing them to 92 Nm (938 kgf-cm, 68ft-lbf).
