To install the purge VSV begin by fastening it with the bolt while applying 9.0 N.m (92 kgf.cm, 80 in.lbf) torque and reconnecting both purge line hoses and finally connecting the purge VSV connector. After installing the V-bank cover users must reattach the negative battery cable while systems that need initialization following this step should be considered.
