How to remove the Clock Spring Assembly / Spiral Cable on Toyota Tacoma?

To replace the Clock Spring Assembly disconnect the negative battery terminal and wait 90 seconds. Lay the front wheels flat, then take off the lower steering wheel covers, steering pad and steering wheel assembly. Disassemble the steering column, remove the Air Bag and clock spring connections and claws to take the assembly out.
