Read precautions before removing the Clock Spring Assembly. Turn the front wheels straight, remove the negative battery terminal and wait 90 seconds. Take out the lower steering wheel covers, steering pad and steering wheel assembly. The clock spring and sensor connections are greatly guarded and have to be carefully disconnected, followed by the claws and pins being disengaged.
