How to remove the Coolant Temperature Sensor/Switch on Toyota FJ Cruiser?

In order to take off the Coolant Temperature Sensor on the 1GR-FE engine, release fuel pressure and empty coolant. Unscrew the negative battery connector, remove several parts, such as V-bank cover and air surge tank. Lastly, use a 19 mm deep socket wrench to disconnect the fuel pipe and to remove the sensor.
