Fasten first the release fork support onto the manual transaxle assembly at 47.1 Nm (480 kgf-cm, 35 ft. lbs.) and proceed to install the release bearing hub clip to its assembly. A piece of release hub grease (Part No. 08887-01806 using RELEASE HUB GREASE or equivalent) should be applied to where the release fork touches the release bearing assembly and then the release fork must be installed onto the release bearing assembly components. The input shaft spline requires clutch spline grease (Part No. 08887-01706, CLUTCH SPLINE GREASE or equivalent) before the installation of the release fork with release bearing assembly to the manual transaxle assembly to ensure freedom of motion when completed.
