How to remove the Knock Sensor on Scion xD?

The procedure required to take out the Knock Sensor on the 2ZR-FE engine is to release the pressure in the fuel, cut off the negative battery terminal and take off engine under covers. Take out the drain coolant, cylinder head cover No. 2, air cleaner cap and hoses. Lastly, unplug the connector of the knock sensor, undo the bolt and remove the sensor.
