Avoid bolt rotation when removing and loosening the nuts. You should install the front flexible hose and Speed Sensor by applying a bolt with 29 Nm (300 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf) torque strength but avoid twisting both components. Fasten the front stabilizer link assembly using a nut pointed to 74 Nm (755 kgf-cm, 55 ft-lbf) that requires a socket hexagon wrench 6 when the ball joint rotates with the nut. Tighten the front shock absorber with coil spring by using a socket hexagon wrench 6 to secure the rod then apply 55 Nm (561 kgf-cm, 41 ft-lbf) torque to the nut. The installation process includes placing the front suspension support dust cover followed by the outer cowl top panel, front air shutter seal RH and then the front Wiper Motor and link combined with left and right cowl top ventilator louvers and hood to cowl top seal and both front wiper arm and blade assemblies. Inspection and adjustment of front wheel alignment should be performed as the last step.

First separate the skid control sensor wire while using a screwdriver to remove the connector claw lock and disconnect the connector without harming the wire by leaving the connector cover in place. Accomplished separation of the skid control sensor wire requires complete removal of the nut. For the brake tube operation disconnect the rear LH flexible hose by removing the clip with a union nut wrench and removing the clip from the axle beam. Following the same steps detach the rear RH flexible hose. The first step involves loosening the two bolts on the rear axle beam without removing them. Subsequently remove the rear absorber caps and rear Shock Absorbers from both LH and RH sides. You should lower the jacks gradually to take out the rear coil spring and both upper and lower coil spring insulators for the complete sides.
